The boxed breakfasts offered a convenient option for early excursions. The unique layout, with rooms overlooking the Nile in a separate building, provides a distinct experience.
The location, while scenic, is further out from the central area than expected, complicating access. Breakfast timing is inconsistent, often starting late around 9:15-9:30 AM, which is irritating for early risers. WiFi is unreliable. passwords provided didn't work at all. There's a troubling odor from the bathroom drains that appears nightly, and cleanliness is an issue as well—hair found on the sheets and filthy bathroom floors detract from comfort. Given the hefty price point over $100 per night, the value doesn't meet expectations.

Family with children Friendly place
The manager, Shima, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She arranged a second room for us at no extra cost when we needed more space for our son.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the experience and service were worth it.

Staying at Nub Inn felt like a delightful escape. The location in Gharb Souhail provided stunning views of the Nile, especially from my Economy Double Room, which was clean and well-maintained. The shower pressure was excellent, and the room's decor made it feel cozy. The staff, particularly Chayma, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They anticipated our needs and were always ready to assist, making the atmosphere very welcoming. Breakfast each morning was authentic and flavorful, setting a nice tone for our days filled with exploration. On the downside, while the room facilities were great, the dining options felt limited. Having the same breakfast every day might not suit everyone, and a bit more variety could enhance the experience. Additionally, clearer communication regarding local tours and transportation could have prevented some confusion during our excursions. All in all, Nub Inn was a fantastic place with a few areas for improvement that could make future stays even better.

Spent two nights here while exploring the Nubian Village, and the view from the terrace overlooking the river was just breathtaking. The room was compact yet clean, which made it cozy enough for a short stay. The food was delicious, and it was nice not to feel pressured for tips, which made the laid-back vibe even better. The location offered a great base for visiting nearby attractions like the Temple of Philae and the International Museum of Nubia, both accessible by a short boat ride.

Incredible Staff and Delicious Breakfast
During my two nights here, I was truly impressed by how accommodating the staff was, especially Chymaa, who helped us plan our excursions on short notice. The palace's restaurant offered a fantastic view of the Nile River, and the meals were worth the wait, showcasing the local flavors beautifully. My only suggestion would be to improve communication about breakfast timings, as there were some delays.
